Managing Challenging Behaviors – Navigating Difficult Situations (4 CEUs)
This four-hour course is designed to help participants manage difficult behaviors in various settings. It covers identifying difficult behaviors and associated issues, developing tips for handling these behaviors, applying concepts of grieving, identifying difficult behaviors of residents, and managing them effectively. The ABCs of behavior and teaching techniques for problem-solving and behavior management for staff are also covered. Participants will gain a better understanding of how to manage difficult behaviors and create positive outcomes.

Traumatic Brain Injury: Caring with Knowledge and Confidence (2 CEUs)
This two-hour course provides a comprehensive overview of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), designed for caregivers and administrators in residential care community settings. Participants will gain the knowledge needed to recognize and effectively support individuals living with TBI.
