Livestream Attendance and Participation Policy

Please read our Attendance and Participation Policy below!

All Administrator renewals must include a minimum of 20 hours of classroom training. Classroom training is defined as instructor-led, real-time, interactive training. This means that both in-person and livestream training are considered classroom training.

We’re excited to be able to offer you our training via livestream! However, in order to confirm attendance and participation, we need to meet certain requirements set by the State. We developed the following policy to comply with State requirements while ensuring the best learning experience for all students.

The Participation and Attendance Policy outlined below applies to both in-person and livestream classroom training.

On Time

Arrive On Time

Please log in or arrive at the scheduled time for classes. We will not admit any arrivals more than 10 minutes after class has begun.

If you are unable to make it or something comes up, we understand! We do not charge additional fees to reschedule in emergencies, simply call our office!

You're in the classroom

Distraction Free Environment

Please treat your training session as though you were in our classroom. In both locations, we ask you to refrain from other activities during your learning experience. Avoid working, walking, phone usage, or engaging in activities not related to the course. Please especially do not drive during a livestream class!

Instructor Prompts

Respond to Instructor Prompts

We design our courses to be highly interactive. Throughout the day participants answer questions and join in activities in order the enhance the learning experience. You must respond as expected. At times, we will also add participants to groups and they must immediately join these groups upon request.

Participation and Attendance Policy Enforcement

Failing to comply with these policies may result in not earning credit for the course.

Please note! Many of the Continuing Education (CEU) class dates that we offer consist of multiple courses. It is possible to attend just part of the class day as long as any given course is attended in it’s entirety.

If you wish to attend only specific courses in a class day, please indicate this over the phone or via email to our office. If you wish to change your attendance beyond this, you MUST inform our office or the instructor directly to ensure that you are included in attendance documentation.
