Rhonda Mayer

Founder

In 1993, Rhonda Mayer left a great job with a great benefits plan to develop a business that used her management and presentation skills and allowed more time with her children.

Her model in the training world is Thiagi (aka Sivasailam Thiagarajan, Ph. D.) whose philosophy is “to take serious things lightly and to take light things seriously.”  She is committed to keeping the process of learning fun.

She enjoys theater, walking on the beach, raising funds for Alzheimer’s research, and great sunsets (oh wait, this sounds like an online dating profile, doesn’t it?). While she has lived in CA for over 30 years, she still roots for the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Browns and has that twangy “A” sound when she says words like fax and party. Paula Peterson

Instructor/Consultant

Paula was born and raised and still currently lives in Los Angeles. She has worked as an administrator to three ARF homes for the last 30 years. What she loved most was working with residents and being part of their family over three decades.

She loved the work, and has decided it’s time to change things up! Now she’s with CTC and is thrilled to be here–and we’re thrilled to have her.

Paula’s a social butterfly sparking discussions at dinner parties or in grocery lines. She adores cycling, painting, sewing, traveling, bowling, critiquing movies, pizza nights, mingling, and hiking! Give her the choice between walking on the beach or hiking up a mountain and the mountain wins every time.

When not assisting our clients, Kim loves to be at home cuddling with her four cats either playing video games, cooking, baking, or enjoying the sweet silence that her cats allow her to have… Some say that last one never actually happens.
