Why Become an ARF Administrator?
As an administrator for a long-term care facility, you are able not only to provide high-quality care for adults with disabilities but also to ensure that the place they live is a place they can call home. You’ll oversee the care they receive, ensure that their rights are protected, make sure they have a clean, safe, peaceful, and engaging environment, and see to it that their well-being is the highest priority of everyone who works in your facility.
Why Choose Us?
Community Training Connection has been training administrators in long-term care since 1993. We are known for our passionate and knowledgeable instructors and for our exceptional customer experience. We do not consider you our client only when you are in our classroom. Our staff will help you understand the process of becoming an administrator, answer your questions about obtaining your certificate, advise you through the exam process, and follow up to ensure you know when and how to renew your certificate.
For those opening their own facilities, our experienced consultants can help you understand which steps you need to take, write Part A of your licensing application, and advise you on maintaining compliance with State regulations.
If you have a passion for caring for adults with disabilities, Community Training Connection is here for you. We’re in the business of supporting those who care for others.
