If you need help, here are some answers to frequent issues:
- Our courses are optimized for Google Chrome. If you are using any other browser, you may experience issues. Download Google Chrome Here.
- Our courses are also optimized for desktop or laptop computer use ONLY at this time. If you are using a mobile phone or tablet, you may experience issues.
- Some of our courses have audio! Please be sure your speakers are connected and turned on.
- Our system requires that you only have one course open at a time! If you have more than one open at once, it will not be able to save your progress.
